How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is $12 for orders under $45. We offer free shipping on orders over $45 within the United States.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our U.S. location in Chicago, Illinois.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, **Indlos ships within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I return my order?
Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
